General Terms and Conditions of the Hotel Liliana

The confirmation email and the subsequent sending of the deposit constitute a “contract” between the guest and the hotel, which both parties are required to respect in every point. Any subsequent variation must be communicated and will be subject to evaluation.

Meals not taken at the hotel, by choice of the guest, will not be discounted.

Rooms are delivered from 1 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure.It is possible to deposit luggage at reception in the event of arrival and departure at different times.

The room is booked upon payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay, which can be paid by bank transfer or credit card.

The payment of the balance will be requested at the hotel, we accept credit cards, cheques or cash for amounts not exceeding euro 1999,00.

The booking conditions vary according to the period booked and are visible on the quote received, on the booking engine when searching for availability and prices in “booking conditions” and at the time of confirmation by the customer.

Within a number of days from the date of arrival, to be checked on the estimate or on the booking engine under “booking conditions”, by sending an e-mail to booking@lilianahotel.it, you can cancel your reservation and obtain a refund of the deposit paid, minus Euro 20.00 as a cancellation fee, or use the same for a future stay within 12 months from the date of booking confirmation. Beyond this deadline, the deposit will be retained.

In the event of late arrival or early departure the total cost of the stay will be charged (100% penalty).
